MEET LINDSEY MAZZA

I was born with a superpower that most people would label as a physical disability. It was met with rejection, unkindness, ignorance and challenges that served as invisible kryptonite. Living with Holt Oram Syndrome came with prescribed societal expectations, false narratives and inherent limitations. But I had an overwhelming sense that there was something way more.

Channeling my own father's journey and shared experiences with the same syndrome, I've worked hard for equal treatment, opportunity and access, which led me down a path of fierce self-advocacy and unyielding determination. I became a lawyer, intuitive entrepreneur, business consultant, speaker and a force for helping others find the advocate within themselves. The last thing I would describe myself is a person with a disability.

I've learned that everyone creates physical barriers, emotional disabilities and harmful untruths that hold them back from their careers, relationships, health, wealth and opportunities. Human design tells us we can change the course of our history and create the blueprint for a life beyond imagination.

Today I help high achieving individuals remove those self-imposed, limiting labels and reframe their disabling mindsets so they can reclaim their ability to advocate for their future selves. It's within my own disability that I found my voice. This is the greatest superpower of all.
